Moni_SLO Preservation’s own distillate probably hasn’t started to be bottled yet. Their oldest barrels were supposedly barreled around December of 2017 and the VOSN Harvest & Summer Rye bottlings are supposedly 4+ years even though they don’t carry an age statement. They had initially bought a lot of Rye Stock from Alberta Distilling in Canada which they were bottling as another of their brands - Rare Perfection. Supposedly, the Alberta Distilling was used for an earlier 8 year VOSN 8-year Rye bottling. Preservation has gone out of their way to market the most recent VOSN bottlings as “sourced in Bardstown”...so possibly sourced from Barton, Heaven Hill, a combination of the 2, or the 2 with some of the remaining Alberta Distilling stock.
