I have been walking/jogging 3 miles at 6am each day since I started this last week and I have been fasting from 4pm-8am each day. I have also been drinking only water. On my jog each morning I have been seeing the same guy at the local middle school chipping at 6:30am. You talk about some commitment. I was going to approach him today but he wasnt there.
I might try and wake up a little earlier and start biking again but I feel like its more a hassle when I can just jump out of bed and go.
The one thing that does suck is that the humidity level in the morning is at an all time high and I am just drenched afterwards.
