I'm also a big fan of intermittent fasting. It doesn't work for everyone, but I was one of those people who didn't really do breakfast, and if I did, it usually involved a fatty donut or pastry. Different ways of doing it, but I do the 16/8 method. Usually I stop eating by 8:00 p.m. (at the latest) and my next meal isn't until after noon the next day.
I'm currently "maintaining" at my weight that I got down to after a year and a half of working to drop 50 lbs. However, if I'm being honest, I would love to drop another 10-15 and get back to my college playing weight. I need to fight through this "plateau" and just do it already.
