Anyone try a LAB putter?

Saw a couple of YouTube videos on them tonight and was intrigued in the design.

ckay I have and I really like how stable they are. It’s like it automatic from 5-6 feet. The only thing I don’t like is that I cannot use any of my mallet covers but that has nothing to do with how the putter performs.

ckay I like their technology about the face being balanced through the stroke. It totally makes sense to me. Good luck with getting that to fit in your gfore bag tho 😂

I have owned both of them. They are very stable. I struggled with distance control outside of 10 feet. I can putt with an ugly putter if it is making more putts, for me that was not the case

Honestly, if they made a mini version of their branding iron, I'd consider it.

I watched a Peter Finch review of the putter and he put his Spider in the marketing contraption LAB uses and showed with the lightest of pressure the face remains stable so that was pretty enlightening.

@dphatt My first thought was, “Yeah...that won’t fit in the bag”

dphatt thanks Don. If you put a little pressure on the grip of a Spider and swing it back and forth the face should remain square according to the Pete Finch review.

ckay I tried that and I am not sure what he means by little pressure. That thing is still twisting unless I hold it down.

Such an interesting design though. I had an Edel briefly and that putter felt very stable as well.

Holy hell. That’s the first time I’ve seen a video at that angle with both the LAB and a Spider. The LAB head is HUGE.....

A shop near me has the can opener looking one in an armlock that is so easy to putt with. However it would be my third time buying a DF putter and I lost money on the first two when I sold them.
