I generally can't remember what I shot but I can almost always remember what flat stick I used on those special occasion rounds both good and bad. There is something that gets me with the 14th club that has been an infatuation since I picked up the game. Before I start rambling on and on let's just get the eye candy started.

Folks used to unscrew the sole plate and dump weight under there. Not to say that's the case but might be worth a look.

That was my thought. It is going to take some heat and ruin the paint job which I don't want to be the one to do on this putter. My other kombi I would have ripped the sob off already and found out. Just kinda sad the coa says authentic on weight but that isn't true. If it is a mid length putter head, I would just have it built back to that with hopefully the right plate.

The plate is glued in. I took the screws out and stopped when it wouldn't move. Also could see the glue on the edges where the screws were. I am all for tearing stuff down but am cautious when it comes to this one.

Also just remembered I have a buddy naked t22 at my place. The coa are identical and even in the same binder holder. so are the boxes.

So my question is, how can a circle t be 45g off.

dbenick3 I really don’t think they actually measure the heads if they are sent back for a COA and repaint. It would take too much time for them to take it apart, measure and glue it back. They get thousands of putters each day so they would try to minimize the labor. This may seem terrible considering you pay a lot for this service but this is what happens when you are a multi million dollar company. This is also another reason why I like the newer boutique brands as they care a little more about the little things. When I took my Olson apart it was dead on 353g like it is stamped. I can tell you horror story about when I sent my 009 to the custom shop for another day but it really turned me off to Cameron

Scotty got my sss kombi back. Said it was a mid length head. They f Ed up when they took it in and coa it. They are putting in the right 400g plate, paint, and coa for free. Have to pay for the shaft and grip. All in all, after some worries. Blake in the custom shop had great customer service for me and I am getting my putter back to original.
