DaHOF

Good to hear, makes sense as it's a soft butt with a stiff tip shaft, typically feel the head more for sure. How are the graphics? Do they look cool at address? Because, you know, that's what I care about LOL.

Eddie They look totally bad ass! I will get some pics next week!

Unfortunately, when I told the guy who installed how I wanted it inserted (Big Minus (-1.5ยบ), he didn't understand and now the graphics are facing like 45ยบ to the right. lol!

Next up, zf60.

initial trackman sessions were promising ๐Ÿง

Bought a new shaft and head yesterday. Mail day awaits ๐Ÿคž. Should be interesting...

Eddie how are you getting along with the ZF? Thinking about going 60TX and eyeballing how it compares to the Tensei PW. The PW is a great shaft for me. The TZ6 is proving to be an excellent shaft itself but I am having an issue with centering the impact as it does play 2-3 SW points higher than my PW.

So far pretty decent. The bottom half of the shaft feels much firmer than the BF, which is what I was looking for. By firmer I guess I mean less torquey.

In terms of swingweighting, pretty standard. BF, DF, ZF all swingweighted within one point of each other so there shouldnโ€™t be any surprises there.

put this combo in play the last two weeks.

Triple Diamond set at 8 degrees, weight to full draw. Shaft plays 44 inches.

Could be the most solid setup I've had in years. The T1100 seems to fit perfectly with how I deliver the club, results in mid flight, what appears to be low spinning, a fitting studio near me opens in two weeks so I can get proper numbers.

Have not been fit for a driver in almost 4 years now, too much self tinkering, which needs to stop.

Has anyone had experiences with the T1100 and the Hulk and could shed some light on a comparison?

The Hulk shaft fascinates me for some reason, probably just the chameleon finish, not a great reason at all

maxbianchi Has anyone had experiences with the T1100

I had the OG T1100 and my spin rate was 700. Granted I have a +9 AOA.

Can you say knuckle ball? lol

ForeLeft hahah, takes flight then dives. My average spin rate w my old accra 470 fx M5 was around 3100. I swing fast and steep. if my AOA is between -1 and 0 I am thrilled honestly.

maxbianchi Buy the Hulk, you wonโ€™t regret it ๐Ÿ‘€

Some folks are saying that the 6.0 feels like a 6.5, 6.5 feels like a TX, TX feels like a TXX

I feel the 6.5TX feels stiffer than a 6.5. I donโ€™t feel the โ€œthis thing is super stiffโ€. Hell, I can easy swing with the TX and itโ€™s good.

All that said, no, I canโ€™t answer your question comparing the t1100 to the Hulk ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

The Hulk 6.5 plays like an Ozik X. If you have the speed itโ€™s fine. I think too many people bought a 6.5 coming off of softer shafts like from a GD or an MC. You just need to make sure you get the shaft weight right.

ckay Iโ€™ll average about 125 with 186 ball speed. May have to keep checking eBay to see if I can scoop one for a nice price

I assume the shaft profile of the hulk is similar to the t1100. The 75 gram feels nice to me. Iโ€™d prefer being able to feel a heavy shaft over something too light, donโ€™t need to get too quick. I figure the hulk and t1100 are quite similar being the top tier more aggressive swingers shaft. Iโ€™m not all too familiar with shaft dynamics these days. Any advice is always helpful!

maxbianchi Got it in Monday and donโ€™t see it leaving the bag at all. And the LST is Mega ๐Ÿ”ฅ. First Ping club Iโ€™ve owned.

maxbianchi 125 is a beast SS. You will be fine. Thereโ€™s just too many 110 guys thinking they can play a Hulk and then realize they canโ€™t when traditionally 110 guys can play just about any modern day X and still retail some feel.

maxbianchi if you can handle the T1100, the Hulk should provide you more feel. Based on everything Iโ€™ve read and my own experiences with the Black line, the original Black felt like a board for me in my 2 iron but the Smoke Black feels so much better. I donโ€™t know if there are any gains for you to have with this move but sometimes you have to scratch that itch.
