This shaft is legit with the right combo.
I originally had 505/sim 2 max combo which didn’t fit me. I would occasionally hit a few good shots but the rest was terrible.
The new 505xx/epic max ls has been unbelievable. The distance gain and dispersion are significantly better than my previous drivers.
Will see how long this honeymoon last, hopefully for a while lol

vincent what length/weight setup do you have with your epic max LS?

    All this talk about pairing an autoflex with an epic max ls makes me want to try it with mine too!

      Do it boys...I did it knowing I can get most of my money back but it's staying. I'm quick to try a new combo and dump it, but the AF has been yielding good vibes. I put some ugly swings on it last week at an old, narrow Tilly design and I was still hitting 2 into the green, and not 2 lay up or 3 off the tee. Whether I gained anything from a distance perspective remains unknown but it takes less effort to swing fast, and my misses are in play.

          I’m on board. Can’t wait to hit it later this week.

          ckay For me, it costs too much to be just an experiment, so hopefully I can try someone else's to see what the fuss is about first. I still haven't seen one in person!

            Was able to hit the range quick this morning, and man, this XX shaft is bonkers. Just feels like a missile, only had one ball go left and it was a poor swing, everything else was straight and felt far. Can't wait to play and see actual yardages, etc. First impressions were very good.
