dphatt I played some of it once, and it was with the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club charity outing with a donation. I had a funny feeling something would prevent me from going. Murphy's Law. My daughter decided she was ready to introduce herself two weeks early on the Saturday before the Monday event. Luckily we were discharged Monday and my wife gave me the greenlight to go and finish out whatever remaining holes there were.
As luck would have it, I met up with my group on the signature 16th. First swing of the day, hole high to the right of the pin but on top of the bowl. Still went drain-o for birdie. I don't remember much about the course as I was still on cloud 9 with my daughter being born, and the lack of sleep over the two days in the hospital.
I was hoping to get out there this year for that event but COVID. The best part of the event is that it is a best ball event, so everyone gets to enjoy the course. If anyone has interest in playing it and willing to make the $1,250 donation I would love to play next time with you guys. Plenty of hotels nearby.
