The R&A missed out but not having the British Open. This is so fun to watch compared to the normal golf we are used to. I guess the insurance policy they took out was just worth too much.

It looks like the conditions here about 60% of the year....always windy.

TFixer5 she is a no name player. It can save her a good amount of money if she doesn’t take a caddie. The lpga has allowed players to not take caddies this year because of COVID. I have seen some carry their own bag a few weeks ago. Insane if you ask me.

Popov is playing to win and the golf gods reward that. Still, she's a Symetra Tour player and if she ends up sleeping on the lead I don't see her holding on against multiple winners like Minjee Lee or Jasmine Suwannapura.

Jasmine is playing with a chip on her shoulder bc the USGA snubbed her for the US Open this year even though she was top 42 money and won an event last year. She has a massive I don’t give a shit attitude too.

I'm almost insecure to admit this but when I watch womens golf and watch Jasmine play golf that is what in theory my swing, distances, and course management goals are. Since @dphatt's on course videos with her she is without a doubt my favorite LPGA player to watch. Jasmine, Anne Van Dam, and Paula Creamer (circa 2015).

For most male golfers, taking cues from the games of the LPGA pros would lead to much more on-course success than trying to mimic the shots and decisions a PGA TOUR pro makes.

Also, the ladies live in the real world and have pretty hardscrabble stories when it comes to chasing the dream of professional golf. They are out there working hard.
