TFixer5 the nice thing with the whoop is you start the activity. So if you start “sleep” and you lay in bed for 20 min before falling asleep that is actually tracked and marked.
I had a terrible recovery last night. 26%. Hurt my back yesterday at the course and think that had a lot to do with it. I knew right away when I woke up it would be low. What I didn’t know is even after I hit end sleep and forced myself to get another hour or so of sleep, the whoop caught on to it. And that extra hour felt way better and the whoop said the same.
I will also tell you guys I HATE things on my person. Can’t wear watches. Hate wallet or keys in my pockets. I have not only been fine wearing this thing every day but I play golf in it as well. I think I have about 10 rounds with it on now.
