Hot melt.
I need to hot melt my 1i and LST (both have ports. There’s a gun for $70. Would I also need a swing weight scale? 
I need to tweak gear and can’t keep outsourcing this work. Takes too long and they very few I trust, it’d need to be shipped. And then, I’m asking them for a favor/their time which makes me feel awful.
And no. I will not charge my phone
I would get a good SW scale and a good gram scale. I bought both during quarantine to rebuild some things thinking I’ll resell the SW scale but it is so handy to have. I picked up an old Golfsmith one with the solid steel base on FB marketplace for pretty cheap. I’m glad I went that route and not the cheaper Golfworks stuff.
Knowing what I know now, I’ll spend on a Mitchell scale when we move into our house.

Bad news, saw some 12xw Icon Black (snow whites) brand new for $50. Told the lady I’ll be there this weekend to pick them up.

Hotmelting is a sore subject for me, I've had some of the most "professional" of hotmelters totally mess up my clubs, it's such a hit or miss kind of thing, and that's with industrial grade hotmelt equipment.

I’m for sure going to do the research. I’m weeks out from trying it.
Every club I have had hot melted has been a disaster. I have had clubs done through professional club builders and PGA Tour vans. Each time the club was unplayable or felt like shit to me. I have gone away from having it done and just use lead tape since it’s an easy thing to take on and off.
