Glad it helped. To be honest, there isn’t a huge difference in terms of flow, the main difference is how they setup at address. The slant neck maintains the sharp lines associated with the putter, the flowneck does soften the look at address, to some it’s a bit weird, to some it’s a welcome sight. I’ll take more pics later.

Had one and sold it. I probably putted better than I ever had last year with it, which makes total sense to sell it right? It was chipped up on the alignment top line, and felt I need to tinker. I’ve had good moments since then, but to echo what some have said here, I haven’t felt the way I did over a 5ft putt with that thing.

I have a triple track (spider shape) sitting downstairs brand new, so maybe I’ll give that a whirl again. But head is a little bigger and wasn’t loving it when it practiced with it. I think I just had sellers remorse from getting rid of the spiderX

maybe there’s another in my future.

Here are the three that I have played since they were released. They are all “tour issue” but I think you could recreate something like each through MySpider if you were so inclined. I’m currently playing the navy flowneck with no alignment line/dot. I wish I had held on to the navy with three dots. I would love to have a chalk with no true-path or lines/dots a la Rahm.

Do you still have the copper with the reverse T?

          Eddie

No, I sold it a couple months ago. If it was any color but copper I would probably still be gaming it.

Has to be a complete aftermarket thing. No way is this a Taylormade Tour putter. Thoughts?

Not a chance that is authentic TM.

            Maybe Spry Evo?

If watching DJ didn't make me think Spider, it sure did make me think a different mallet that is currently being built 😀

Im still waiting on my one i built with no sight line just true path alignment ..but i have some tourneys coming up and i need to figure out which one is going in the bag so i went ahead and went the degenerate route

For those of you with SpiderXs with 550g weight, are your end weights 6g or 2g?

                  ckay

                  shit.

The newer batches of SpiderXs are coming in at 540g with 2g weights, so what is missing in the newer putters to cause them to be 10g lighter.... not the grip, checked that too.

No idea without pulling weights off bc there are no markings on them

Eddie that’s odd, what length was your putter? Mine was at 33.75” with stock grip and came in 550g total weight before I took it apart.

                        a month later

If anyone is looking for a flowneck, here are two nice ones at decent prices. If I didn't add another one, I would've definitely pulled the trigger on one of these.

This one ends in 15 minutes so hurry.
