Hope you are doing ok, I will say if you do swing practice, and are hitting carpets or on a synthetic grass surface, be careful not to do it too much.
My dumbass practiced chips and pitches on my putting green area, which was a mat on top of wood floor. Granted I practiced full swings too because during the winter I was going stir crazy but all those reps brought the elbow and nerve pain I have.
That said, now is the perfect time to make drastic changes to your fundamentals. For me, time in isolation really helped me strengthen my grip, which was something I wasn’t able to do for years.
