DaHOF This. I always have something aching when I wake up, and I was just a longsnapper haha. @Putterho a big thing to look out for is alcohol and sugar intake. I know the day after I drink even just a beer or two, my problem joints are noticeably more irritated and bark a lot louder. Also, as much water throughout the day as you can handle. And a reasonable supplement regiment. I take a multivitamin, fish oil, and tumeric, and put cinnamon in black coffee in the morning. There's mixed reviews on how well it helps, but I figured if it's not hurting, then give it a go.
