In the world golf nerding, collecting and displaying trinkets has become a thing. Pencils, tees, ball markers, score cards, hats, pin flags, headcovers, even down to Rolex advertisements from golf magazines.

An old collector told me that I couldn’t collect everything and needed to focus on a specific niche. That being said what do you guys collect that you make a focus? All of my crap tends to stay in drawers and bins. I need some inspiration.

Putterho I've been on different stints of collecting different things. Poker chips, Logo Balls, Fags, etc. and just realized it sits there.

I'll be able to post a picture later this fall once our house is compete, but I'm only collecting Headcovers now from courses I've been to, and can display them on a book case, but also rotate them on my golf bag to give it a new look, as well as spark a discussion about courses and adventures about different brands, courses, etc.

Chips (from Vegas casinos only, that I play in), pencils (new), ball marks, one prong divot tools, yardage books, alignment sticks (πŸ˜‚), and Imperial Performance hats.

Most likely a hat assuming the logo is cool. Not a big collector of trinkets in general.

One thing I got turned on to is getting nice bag tags from courses I’ve been to or memorable trips, but the twist is ......they stay in a box and only come out to decorate the Christmas tree in the loft of our house. Because I’ll be damned if we are going to put up 3 trees every year. One will be golf themed

Covers from courses I enjoy playing (always buy after not before), if the course is just ok, then maybe a ballmark, if it’s trash then a pencil or scorecards.

The only thing that I would consider that I collect religiously is I always grab an extra scorecard from every course I play. Some folks do pencils, etc.. it's scorecards for me.
