So what else do y’all enjoy doing? Over Father’s Day, my wife convinced me we needed a private pool membership. She’s a stay at home mom, and part time realtor...so she gets to take the kids there quite often. I’ll say I’m not disappointed. It’s very refreshing to have a pool to to to relax in after a long day of work, or after a round on the weekend. Summer days can get really hot here in Mn!

Keeping it with the water theme (which is weird cuz I don’t love the water, well cold water). There’s no place I love more than being at the lake. It’s the family Cabin that’s been in the family for decades. Parents tore it down 5 years ago and built a new house there to continue on the memories for us, and the new generation of grandkids. A good pontoon ride with a nice Tito’s/Lemonade will do any time!

I have a lot of interests but some are on hiatus with fatherhood and some probably off the list for good.

The house we are building on the golf course is less than a mile from the gun range. Will finally be able to go out and do some plinking. $40 for the entire year for a membership. Small town living at it’s finest. Lol

I like to mountain bike, collect records, and occasionally zone out with some Xbox. Kids keep me pretty busy so free time is usually spent relaxing these days.

Depends what season we are in, with colorado having four season.....love hiking, camping paddleboarding, snowboarding/skiing!

Road cycling. It’s even a deeper rabbit hole than golf equipment hoing, I’ve pretty much stopped modifying things and focused more on enjoying my rides.

I believe that golf is a sport that you can’t muscle force success, but riding, if you are putting down the watts you will get the results, so it’s good to have that balance.

Eddie ckay No where to bike up here..paths are non existent in small town rural Minnesota.

Looking at getting an indoor bike however to shed some pounds this fall/winter. Don't think I could afford the peloton. Any other recommendations?

Eddie Another cyclist/triathlete here (and a lover of Italian bikes obviously). But my camera skills suck compared to @Eddie. I'm a stronger runner than a cyclist but biking does lend itself to getting to explore more and enjoy the time out with friends. Running is just quicker and easy but fuck does it do a toll on the body. I suck at swimming but that is the real deal for those that want to make your body last until the old age without beating it up haha. The rabbit hole of cycling is very very real. I've been needing some new rims for awhile but there are so many to choose from I just need to pull the damn trigger on some nice full carbons (mine are hybrid now). My neighbor just got a mountain bike and told me to get one and I told him absolutely not. As much as I love the idea, cycling is expensive enough and I know my personality......$85K later I'll have 14 mountain bikes and so many parts I'll have my own hop. Oh and I'll probably try to relive my old BMX glory days and break a bone on day 5.

Love me some watches but had to sell my Panerai to fund something for my pops and on the hunt for a replacement eventually. And like @Putterho says.....I love to drink.....mostly bourbon. I made moonshine with my buddy at his ranch once and that was dope. I still have my 10 gallon copper still.... should bring that out of retirement since it'll be WFH for quite some time.....hmmmmmmm

Nice ENVE wheels. Bicycles are definitely a rabbit hole. Doesn’t matter what type of riding, if you’re a gear head the mentality spreads across any hobby.

ForeLeft my wife has a Peloton. She absolutely loves it. Her friend has a Bowflex and she seems to like hers as well. As long as you’re willing to commit to training you will find that the subscription to Peloton is worth it. As for device I don’t know anything about them. All I knew was that it was cheaper than her going to a spin class every weekend. My wife now rides almost every day.

ForeLeft As someone who doesn't own a Peloton because I throw my above bike on my Wahoo trainer and useZwift (much better for training and since I already own the bike, the trainer is cheaper than a Peloton) I would highly recommend getting one. I'd have one if I didn't already have a set up for my training. I've used them and they are great, keep you motivated, super easy to navigate the UI and probably lightyears beyond some of the competition. And if you get the membership I think it gives you strength classes, yoga classes, etc. all that you can use on your phone or tablet for more than just bike workouts to mix it up. It's a steep entry point but in my opinion well well worth it.
