As of right now, the lounge supports JPG, GIF and PNG uploads. HEIC is unsupported across all browsers and requires converting to a standard image format.
I'll reach out to you privately to see if we can find out what's going on after you convert them. JPGs are uploading fine on our end, we'd like to figure out with you what error you are running into.
