Chicken wing chronicles...
Last Sunday (a week ago), I weighed 282lbs. This morning, I was 276.5lbs. I went HARD on the diet and noon-8pm fasting thingy. Figured it was time for a cheat meal.
- 6 Lemon Pepper Wings
- 2 Vietnamese egg rolls
- half avocado Bhan Mi
Now this would have been a “normal meal” like 3 weeks ago. Not now, I was absolutely stuffed. Documented the adventure, kinda.
