

Not too shabby. Only issue I have with it is, I let it rest too long, 3hrs. Should probably be 1.5-2hrs. Also, it tastes exactly like brisket. Not a bad thing but, I’d like it to be different. Need to make a rub for the belly. Was great though. Just tasted like brisket.
Will cut the brisket at 2pm 🤦♂️ Waiting on someone. Should be cut right now. F it.
