These irons...these fucking irons. Bro. Bro. Bro. Let me tell you about these nuclear weapons. I don’t know how they’re legal. I’m not sure if it’s the dust Don sprinkled on them or if the USPS lady ran some voodoo on the box but, these things are just foolishly good.
Let’s start with the delivery... I checked tracking on USPS and the package said delivered 10min ago. “Holy shit really? Before my round ON A SUNDAY AFTER THE 4TH OF JULY WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!” So I fly to the front door, no box. Cool....... I search maybe 20 houses and nothing. I get in the car thinking if I find the driver, I can ask where the damn box it! I live in downtown Houston so this was a shot in the dark. I see the truck..... I’m flailing out of the car and flag her down. She has the strangest look on her face and I explain what is going on and she says “what’s the address?” I tell her the address and she says “I HAVE IT! I couldn’t get into the gate!” Cue up triumphant music I get the box and fly back to the house, unload, and then unload (if you know what I mean). Incredible sticks. New irons, new putter, why not play 18 immediately.
At the range...
I get on the range and start off with some 46° shots, about 10, and get the swing down. Then I bust out the 7i. 4 shots and not one can miss the green. Well holy shit, these is niiiiiice. Roll through a couple clubs, hit the course.

Frost hole par 5 560 something, cool. Driver, smashed. About 225 out, cool, I hit the 4i 223 on the sim so I guess it’s a 4i 🤷♂️..... over the green 😮. Holy shit ok, so I nuke the 4, cool. Par. Get to #4. Par 3. 197 to the stick (great video here). I haven’t hit the 6 yet so cool, 195 was a 5i and these are -1 club so 6i I guess. Made double.....hilariously 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Make the turn +7 😬🤣🤷♂️. Deep in the round it clicked. #14 par 3 175. Cool, 8i I guess. 5’, boom, bird. Nice work. Next hole. 155 needing a fade to a tight stick. I figure for my intentional fades it knocks off 10 yards so, 9i I guess.....10’ par 😐 nice putt asshole. #16 par 4. 4i off the box, missile. Par. #17 par 3 155, same 9i shot as two holes ago, 15’, par 😐 nice putt asshole.

Things learned -
- New irons are just stupid good.
- Putter is very stable.
- Wedges still suck balls.
- Probably switched to a new ball.
- Excited to put in the work.
- Probably the best video since the “John, hit this ball into the RoseBowl” video.
- Bullshit picture orientation 🤦♂️
