DennisMTZ I use AP2's now and before I had a wider sole 4 and 5 cleveland 588 TT in my bag noticed the same thing. I defiantly prefer a smaller sole on tighter lies. I notice this also on my 58 with 10 degree bounce wedge when the course is burnt out it doesn't get through the turf like it should. Just bounces up and contact is not great. Not a great player by any means.
I have issues with turf interaction when I travel. I just chalked it up to different soil/grass than what I am used to.
DennisMTZ where do you play normally? Cool season bent type fairways?
dbenick3 yes, zoysia and bent fairways
Could be a sole width + bounce issue. Do you feel like you hit a lot of shots thin?
Golfingfanatic feel thin but still get some height. Fairways do not get airborne
that snaggy Bermuda is a real thing, I've been in FL for two years, relatively good player, and I will still chili dip a few easily.
maxbianchi “Relatively good player” lol
maxbianchi Shit is like Velcro.
maxbianchi If another scratch + player says “relatively good,” I’m going to …….
just build the most elite scramble team and drive the cart. By the way I still have your 7.5* cobra head. We also still need to send those wedges in to get stripped as well as get a round in.
MarkF dont mind my current sandbagging!

+4.3 😲
Bermuda will make you question if your lie angles are truly right if you are coming from bent.
Putterho you're my first draft pick any scramble team, almost time to defend the pink title.
Yes to all the above, my people will call your people.
DennisMTZ you might want to check them lies. Long story short I play on Bermuda but most of our tourneys are bent. Took me a year to figure out why I wasn't hitting my draw off bent.
dbenick3 i was one degree flat, and then got fit to 2 degrees upright and now hit the ball straight on my target line
