Does anyone use sunglasses that get darker or lighter depending on the conditions?

I'm starting to wear sunglasses to keep pollen out of my eyes but hate having to debate whether to keep them on or off when it gets later in the round.

Rayban does a transitions type of lens, was curious.

Only take them off after sun goes down and becomes tough to see, otherwise full strength 100% of the time

Just use my Rayban polarized and only take them off when putting.

I had Transition lenses years ago (not specifically for golf) and thought they were just ok.

Have switched to sport sunglasses with multiple lenses. Literally takes less than a minute to swap out new lenses. I've got Prizm Field and Golf for my new Oakleys and will be adding the low light lense as well.

Blue lens Costa Del Mar 580G Glass lens. My eyes are never hurting after a round. Can read the greens just as well too.

No. Just my day to day spectacles. One pair I have does turn sunglass like when I’m outside, kinda like a purple-ish hue. They are OK.

I’d be better off not wearing glasses on the course. Then I don’t have to witness the bad shots

No transitions here, but still enjoy wearing my flak jackets with the golf specific lenses.

What are the odds that this thread would come up. I just ordered a pair of RayBan non polarized, a pair of bendable Warby Parker script sunglasses, and a pair of Warby Parker eyeglasses with transition lenses to give it a go on the cheaper side. I can't wear contacts anymore and do not want to deal with the dry eye issues I have from what I assume is from Lasik 12-14 years ago and being asian.

This is no prescription but I'm looking at these lenses, evolve from rayban. They can be ordered with prescription too.

Trying to figure out what color lens would be best for golf, oakley g30 lenses were pink so thinking pink, but then again blue chromatic when you do the demo is pretty cool.
