SIM2 Tour Head Question

I just received this straight from Taylormade as the result of a warranty replacement. The first head was retail purchased off the rack.

I am no expert but it appears from some quick research that this is a Tour Stock head with the marking and details.

Any help is appreciated with if this is a Tour Issue Head.

hojo16 also if any one could help with what does CTA and the RA1 and RA2 mean?

Definitely a tour head. the cross marking and spec sticker would confirm it.

CTN would be the test result of how "hot" the face is, 240 is solid. I believe 255 is the legal max with a tolerance of some range, but basically the difference between what registers as high and low with the CT test is incredibly small in the real world.

RA1RA2 I'm not sure.

I don't think anyone knows what RA actually means. Interesting that they sent you a tour head because AFAIK, tour heads don't have warranties so it would be interesting to see what would happen if you cracked this one and sent it in to TM.

Thank you both. In reference to the Face Angle does a positive 2.5 number mean open or closed?

Open, and the 11 loft is when the clubhead is square.

On a side note, anyone have any expierence ordering off of Peoples Golf? With this your head looking to upgrade shaft and make it my gamer.

wow taylormade is much better with replacements. Cracked my callaway head and they said they'd give me 100 off a new rogue st 🤣

maxbianchi Weird I had no issue with Callaway replacing my 3 wood last year when the face rusted.

At least with you they acknowledge that your speed killed the head, with me and my swing speed, the first reaction is "how did you cave a face?" or "had to have hit a rock at your speed", pretty depressing actually lol.
