WellPutt Putting Mats?

I have the PuttOut mat, it's been solid but feel like the speed is a little on the slower side. Anyone have experience with WellPutt?

FairwayDae I have used the PuttOut one and it is slow. I have never heard of WellPutt. Let me know how that is.

This may sound dumb but I’ve had the same mat for 6 years and depending on what surface it is on top of, changes the speed. Fast when on wood, dirt slow when on top of carpet. Doesn’t make sense to me but I can see it.

why not build a raised wood surface and put some 1987 Toyota Camry cloth on it? Sounds like a joke but several old school tour guys used to do that.

Currently have the puttout as well. I too think it's a little slow. I also hate the fact that it's only 6 feet, and practice straight putts. I've noticed the carpet tends to lay one way (yes my floor is level), and I get about a cup of break...have to vacuum often to get it to lay straight again.

I've done exactly as Eddie has said. Built a putting green out of 2x4 and 2x6's and some Camry carpet. that thing COOKED. was really nice and could putt from some different angles. throw on some level spacers on bottom and create your own break.

I have a buddy who has the 13' well putt and he loves it...I'm debating that as we move into our next house shortly.

ForeLeft That's a solid setup, well done. What I've come to learn thanks to my putting green is that every damn room in my house is not level, haha.

What speed would you say the Camry carpet rolls at?

Eddie I'd say at least an 11, but prob faster. That Particle Board rolls like Shinny at the open! lol. No longer in that house and had to destroy the green (built downstairs).
