none Don’t know the answer to your question, but….. Got back from Vegas a week ago. If you gamble (table games) Jerry’s Nugget and Ellis Island have $5 tables Blackjack and Craps. Jerry’s Nugget - Local spot. North of Downtown. Don’t listen when the Uber driver hits you with the “this is a dangerous part of town, you sure?” 🙄. You’ll be fine. Been a few times and always a blast. Chicas Bonitas across the street is a wild spot also. Ellis Island - Just off the strip. Behind Flamingo maybe? Small casino, packed. Pretty sure we fit 15-16 people on the craps table. Dude rolled three points and probably 20 numbers, it was like a World Series game in there, mucho loud. Excellent place. Fat Tuesday’s Peppermill Moon Palace You didn’t ask for recommendations, but had to throw these out 🤙 Enjoy Vegas!! Love that town. Scored a few dice on the trip 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

@bigjohntripod my dream is to have a craps table in my house to work on my stroke. Ellis is behind Paris casino. Good food there too for not as much as the strip. My heart is at OShaes in the linq. In and out is right there with normal prices for the non west coast people who don't have them. The few times I've went to Caesar property clubs, I have always had sneakers. I feel like the club wouldn't have a shoe rule. I mean wouldn't that take away most of their business.

none from my experience in vegas, ladies get away with murder on dress code. If you're a guy they'll boot you in a second. I wouldn't, unless you're 50 cent.

dbenick3 Once the restaurant stuff we’re constructing is done, we’re going to work on a 6’ table. But now we just use a felt and the dining room table 😂. Speaking of stroke, some folks have some weird ass rolling techniques and I absolutely LOVE it. I just pick up and toss, but I may move to something more routine. It was weird that people who had a routine would roll number after number. Ones who didn’t were good for maybe 2-3 numbers max. Gotta be something to it. I think the dice know who’s rolling. I’m sticking to that!

bigjohntripod stay away from chicken feeders. Ha. I set the dice the same way every time. I go for perfect backspin with trying to keep it at the lowest spin rate. Does it work, I think so. I have taken $55 on the table to, $3500 profit with over a $1000 on the table when I finally crapped out.

I've worn sneakers to every single club in Vegas that I've been to. Never had an issue. If the club requires me to rock loafers/dress shoes for a 6+ hour of partying, I'm just not going to be up in that particular club. As to your direct question, I have been in XS plenty of times in Jordans with zero issues.

So, any tips on getting comps, bottle service at XS? It's just my wife and I and I don't want to spend $2000. Looks like the minimum is $1500 (plus tax/service/fees). What's the secret.

I don't have any gambling status, but I'll play some $100 blackjack for a few hours if I can make the comps actually work

Your best bet is to play high end where a pit boss is actually paying attention. Then work the pit boss for comps. Comped bottle service may be tough depending on the day but it’s possible.

The secret to table comps in Vegas is to bring a lot of girls with you. Gambling for a table comp is not easy if you don’t hold status as a player. Any time I went to Vegas with some friends we would tell our host we have x guys and 2x girls and once the table was confirmed we would just recruit random girls that wanted to party.

Being that I am married, I pay for a table and skip the BS.

ckay rating and comps in Vegas suck. I honestly prefer AC for all of that. Helps that it’s a 45 min drive vs 4.5 hour flight as well.

Gambling comps are all about putting time in. It is all a time played by ave bet formula. If you don't have a pit boss that is paying attention hurts big time. I know playing the middle bets (the worst bets on the table) on a craps table will get you rating up the quickest.

dbenick3 I am a big Pai Gow guy. Before covid I would try to get down to AC a few times a month. Easy to sit there for 4-5 hours beating up the rating. Honestly though, I’ve had years where I’ll just go click buttons on a slow machine and literally watching my ratings go up haha

Noyes26 I don't know if I have ever put a dollar of my own money in a machine. Lol. One pit can make a world of difference tho. A few years back I spent like 30 to 40 nights in Vegas one year. I would always play at the same table with the same pit boss. My brother made it to Caesar highest status and I was almost there. We had comped rounds at Rioseca and Cascada every quarter. That was good Bachelor life
