So here's what I take away from your numbers.
With the CS, you are 1.5 open at address and .6 closed at impact.
With the Enroll, you are 2.1 open at address and 0 at impact.
Which means, that regardless of where you are at setup, your face is 2.1 degrees more closed than it's starting position with BOTH putters, you simply start the EVN roll more open at address.
So feasibly, if you were to have the face at square at address and change nothing in your stroke, you would actually be 2.1 degrees closed through impact (all other factors remaining the same).
So if I had to pick, I'd definitely go Evnroll, but honestly, if you are having a hard time picking between the two, it probably means you don't leave either enough to make a commitment.
Go find another putter that you really want to have and make it work heh heh, your stroke seems more than consistent and good enough to do it. Also, SAM putter fittings have an incredibly high threshold to want to keep users using face balanced putters, not a bias but I think it's due to the nature of wanting less face rotation and the test being done on some pretty short putts.
