My Spider X / EX Custom Options

I recently messed around with a slant neck Spider X and now I need one..

Picked up a retail Spider X chalk and the paint/coating feels cheap like it will chip easy... thinking of sending it back. And finding another color.

How are the coatings on the MySpider custom putters?
Does the color of the face effect the style of insert they use?

pfdz I’ve never had the paint issues that I’ve seen people with chipping. I just keep the headcover on when not in use and am not an idiot about it.

As for the face insert the answer is yes.

pfdz I believe white is the only way to go if you like the feel of a normal one
