ckay $20m budget moves a lot of dirt. Sand Barrens in its peak was nice. Nothing to go out of way, but solid down at shore. Owners let it go over years and wanted to sell so conditions suffered. They remained close with Hurzdan and Fry so they are doing the Reno too (original architects). Right now anything new has pretty slow greens as they baby them, so like 2-3 years when all done and rolling great, it’s gonna be amazing.
