Obviously, there are a ton of foxes in the area, but the founding members at River Bend worked at the CIA, so the trench coat on the fox is a tribute them. A River Bend members was on the bridge when exchange was made with Gary Powers and another Russian Spy in 1962 which was chronicled in the movie, Bridge of Spies.
