So I know all of us are incessant golf shoppers, but I buy a lot of dumb non-golf related crap too. I'll start. For those of you who used to pay attention to my iG feed, I am an audio nut, and these days a portable audio nut. I have been on the hunt for the perfect wireless earbuds, and I have bought everything. AirPods Pro - too closed off soundstage, didn't fit well Sennheiser Momentum v2 - just bulky B&O E8 v3 - uninspiring soundstage, clunky connectivity. Sony 1000xm3 - just ok. Finally found the perfect pair for me. The only partial downside is the four hour battery life on them but I am hit and go when I use earbuds so battery life doesn't affect me. The soundstage and balance is open but punchy, with a sense of urgency in those mid ranges without being too shimmery. And with apple music finally providing lossless audio files, high end earphones are starting to come alive and prove their merit. Bowers and Wilkins Pi7, you are the perfect wireless earbud. I love you.

E$, I could talk audio quality for maybe an hour but, I don’t want to put you to sleep 😂😂😂 Also, you’re interest in audio, the quality of it, makes you sound like a mastering engineer! Those dudes are a different level of people (and ears). I’ll have to check those out!

bigjohntripod agreed...Eddie is next level when it comes to sound quality but I guess that comes with being a master violinist. I am a simp and rock my airpod pros 👍

I run a Non For Profit Foundation In Memory of my Dad and our annual golf tournament is coming up. So I get excited, kind of like a little kid on Christmas Eve, each time I hear the mail truck to see if/how many entries or sponsors are in the mail.

Ahh a hobby I can relate to! I tend to prefer wired for anything audio-related, but wireless has been really good lately. @Eddie Curious if you tried out the Master Dynamic line of IEMs? Supposedly their sound quality is one of the best in the wireless world. I am a simp so I just have airpod pros...the interface with them and the phone is just too easy. My main issue with IEMs is finding a proper fitting pair. I finally found a set of tips that work well for me and that has been key. One day I'll break down and get some customs made. Noble custom IEMs are wild! At home I have some Sennheiser HD650s running out of a Schitt amp and Dac. Got some B&Ws hooked up to a Pioneer Elite receiver in my man cave. Thinking about adding a sub to the setup though...

So my wife got me an Ooni Pizza Oven for Fathers Day - super random but awesome gift because I would never purchase this for myself. I’ve tried making a pizza twice now and it didn’t turn out well … learning how to get the pizza dough just right so it slides off the pan I prep everything on…I have no idea what I’m doing but you better believe I’ll learn how to make a damn good pizza! The hard part is not burning the pizza and constantly turning it as they cook within a couple minutes…hopefully I’ll have some positive updates shortly! https://ooni.com/

CKirsch I’ve had mine for about 7 months and love it. Big learning curve though. Two biggest factors I’ve found so far. Let it pre-heat longer than you think it should. Need to get the stone hot. Second, is make sure your dough is room temp before rolling out and cooking. If my dough is even a hint of cold/cool it’s a mess. Good luck!

seeshawn thanks for the tip! Funny thing is we take the dough fro the fridge and get to work - then it sticks to everything including the stone…I will definitely try this. Just got a infrared thermometer to check the temp of the stone. Hopefully that helps!

Haven't had a chance to get her all sparkly and clean as it's been constant downpour in Portland. It's not the TRD Pro but the TRD Off Road is pretty awesome (the crawl feature is really fun). Had to get a better adventure rig for the family now that there are 3 of us. Going to add the TRD Pro Grill, Suspension, and bigger AT tires and matt black wheels. Should do nicely camping up around Mt Hood this summer.

shank_guru I live on the golf course which is about 3 miles out of town. The last mile is gravel so our black jeep gets quite dirty (rain or dry). I’m better off washing my car 2-3x per week on my own rather than $10 a wash.

ForeLeft you should put a ceramic coating on it being that it is black. It’ll minimize swirls and you won’t have to wax it for a few years. Just a simple two bucket wash and a leaf blower to dry it off. Top it off with a detail spray for any water marks and you’re good to go.

I have a ton of Adam’s stuff but after coating my cars my kit is basically a foam shampoo, wheel cleaner, tire shine, and detail spray. Have so much other stuff I haven’t used in years.
