You can still walk onto Congo without a member. If they stop you at the gate just say you are having lunch with a made up name. Most of the time they don’t stop you at the gate and just wave you through. They are more scared of who you might be or whose guest you could be. As long as you walk like you own it then you can get into almost anywhere.

Speaking of Congressional, we were headed to DC and my baby was crying uncontrollably. She must’ve finally gotten fed up with the drive. I exited 95 and drove down to a potential spot where my wife can nurse. I look over to my left and it was Congressional! I freaked out for a second and my wife was like WTF is wrong with you?
