So, I'm super happy to now own my first 009 putter! A Speith lookalike. Putterho got me hooked. Any other 009 ppl here? We're doing our annual seven week annual golf/national park/hiking/family goof off road trip. Will be interesting to putt on different surfaces.... playing approximately 20 of the top 100 courses in the US (Golf Mag) this summer--so it'll be great to see how it works with my lousy putting stroke. 🙂

Like a couple others, I’ve had dozens over the years. This is really the only one anymore that gets play. Took me over 4 years to get it made and it won’t ever leave my stable.

jordanbost only three made with this cavity stamping that I’m aware of. One with a top line, one with a flange line and the naked version which I own. I’ve never seen the other two anywhere other than the COA photos.

Been out of the Scotty scene for some time now so something else may have cropped up that I’m unaware of but have held onto this one because it is somewhat unique.

Don't own this one but I do own the photography. Always enjoyed photographing, especially macro, when I was collecting. Thought it was neat to be able to see that letters/numbers were used to make some of the common stampings like the crown.

jordanbost sorry, that’s pretty much all the excitement this one has. Cavity is pretty plain. I do like the mushrooming with the plating, makes it almost look liquid in the right light/angle. And the little ‘feet’ are interesting.

Putterho opened 😂 this is not a oo9 shape but is stamped oo9 and one of two examples of why I hold my opinion of shape vs stamping. To me, this is very distinctly a Anser (Newport) shape. Doesn't diminish a thing about it and one of my favorite putters that I've had the opportunity to photograph/roll some with.
