As said above depends on yardage but either 4/5 wood or 3 hybrid
I carry a 3W, a Titleist TS3 13.5-degree, but like @bigjohntripod I tend to just take on the challenge and hit driver.
OffTheDole Big stick! Tee it high n clinch the cheeks!
always go to the stinger cut 5 wood
2 hybrid all day
Srixon ZX utility 20*
Really enjoying my ‘21 Apex Pro 2H. Have an EF Black 85 6.5 in it.
915F 3W
My ancient LTD 17.5* 4/5 wood with HZRDUS Smoke Black 6.0. These days, it has been failing me miserably, and so I've just been irresponsibly busting out driver more often than not.
Epic Speed 16.5 degree has been a game changer for me. I have always struggled with fairway woods
7w 220 off the tee for me
bigjohntripod if you hit driver as accurately as he does you'd use driver on 110 yard par 3 😂
Man i used to be able to hit my 5 wood on a string 200 in the air and roll out about 210-220. That was my go to when a par 4 was short of 350
I'd say 5 wood for me, too.
The Sexwood
ping g410 7wood cranked down to 6 wood. Ventus black 9x shaft at 5 wood length.
Here’s my new experiment.
tsi2 16.5, probably will go with a spin killing shaft to keep spin down while the loft will give plenty of launch.
I’m debating on playing it short, like 42.5” for the most control I can get.
7 wood. TSi2 21 degree.
Epic flash 5 Wood or Heaven Wood as I carry both now. They have been amazing and wished I added them sooner. 5 Wood is right around 255-265 carry and the Heaven wood I can shape to get to around 225 up to 245ish
Forged Tec Black 4 Iron. Trying Sim Max 3Hybrid but just not as comfortable yet compared to long iron.
When driver goes to shit (usually by hole 2) and it's less than 400 yds, I'll go with the 4 iron. 4wood seems to be just as inconsistent as the driver.
Just sucks when go with less club then top the shit out of it.
