I'm still confused as to why all the cancellations? Is it because of the high volume due to the sale?
“Unauthorized discount code obtained” is a pretty weak defense imo.
how is it “unauthorized” if the code went through, took our money, and confirmed the order?
IToldAlthea Someone probably shared the code that wasn't supposed to. An employee, VIP, partner, close friend of someone with the company, etc...
