Equipment:
- Find a driver setup that works. I think this will entail finally getting fit. I have a Sim Max that gets here today, so if it doesn't work out, we're getting on a Trackman
Swing/Fitness:
- From an old back injury, I have terrible hips. I want to really work on core strength and hip ROM so maybe I can finally rotate, not slide, and keep my left hip low, which in turn will help with the ultimate goal: a go-to pull cut that I can reproduce in pressure shots. With school, I may not have time to go practice as much as I'd like, but I have no excuse to not do yoga and workouts at the house.
Courses:
- I'd love to play at least 1 more Top 100. I've played the four at Bandon and TPC Sawgrass, so hopefully I can expand the list!
Trips:
- After I take Step 1 of the USMLE, I'm going to do the Dormie/Tobacco Road/Mid Pines package. May try to play Sweeten's and Pinehurst on that trip.
Ultimately, I want to be more consistent, which includes practicing, lessons to prevent the slide back to old habits, and off-course work. Golf is fun, but it's definitely much more fun when you're not fighting your body/old habits haha.
