ckay Yeah...and I know for a fact that my full custom cost was higher than most of his sticks. I'm not asking for any favoritism, but a little response would be nice. Anyways, end of rant. I'm just excited to get it home and out on the course!

So guys, thank you so much for participating in this first release.

Here's the thing. We don't know what we are doing. This was never our goal. We all have day jobs, we just wanted to make some merch for our fam to enjoy. We've already learned a ton in the process, and we need to decide whether to keep doing this or just go no merch and just foot the server bills ourselves.

So I want to open this thread up for some open discussion.

We want you guys to be honest with us.

Any feedback is really appreciated.

Anything we fucked up?

Did the ordering process go relatively smoothly?

Are we crazy about our pricing?

Any other merch that you guys would want to see?

Eddie Pricing seemed to be in step with other manufacturers/groups (especially given the limited number run). I checked out on my phone from the golf course and had to hand fill everything in. Easy enough, but I guess if the site explodes I may be grump without Apple Pay as an option, haha. Love to see some Needlepoint items, ball markers, pivot tools, basically little trinkets. Hell, who am I kidding, I'll buy anything you guys lay down, it's just in my nature (maybe some customized Bridgestone balls???).

Starting off the bat with some Tiffany gear was epic, so good on you guys!

-Good mix of products, found something to buy for myself to support the site that I would enjoy regularly
-Prices were as expected given the small quantity you guys made the order for

If you guys decide to release more items, some tees & coins would be nice 😂

On a serious note, maybe some other “throw in” items like some stickers in different colors, tees, and other knack knacks that carry a higher margin that people may add to their cart.

You could also consider doing something like rolexforums does with an annual pledge for a nominal fee, and some sort of raffle throughout the year where you sell tickets to said pledge members. Items could be anything. Dozen balls, a hat, bundle of grips, cash cover, etc.

I will grab a beanie and dad cap tomorrow. Too lazy to grab my wallet right now. With that said an Apple Pay option would def be nice.

As a privacy guy, I was at first concerned about the security, but Stripe is fine. +1 to having Apple Pay in the future, but this is a good start in my books. Managed to snag one of the mallet covers!

I have been in here 3 weeks and would pay a small membership dues to the thread. It has been the first web page I check in the morning. The gear is sick, if we can get some dues to front a bigger drop, I am game for it all.

First off, great job all around. All the products were done well. To be honest, I’m shocked more items aren’t sold out considering the number of people in this group that spend $$$ on custom/boutique brand releases.

I’d try to do a specific time and stick to it. 2:00, 2:05 whatever it may be. I needed a Xanax after 5 minutes of refreshing my page thinking I missed it!

The prices are fair. You did a limited run and doing this isn’t cheap. Quality products cost $.

It would be nice if the payment information would auto populate as I had to type it all in and was worried I’d lose out on one of the 4 items I bought.
Not a huge deal, but again, if you can enable that it would be a bonus for future drops.

You guys are fairly new and as you grow I would imagine there will be a greater demand for branded items so please continue to do this!

As others said, it would be nice to see other items that are less expensive like “Tees & Coins” that we could throw into the cart.

I would personally love to see some Foreewe Headcovers soon!

As I told @dphatt, I don’t really care what everything looks like and am happy to support the brand by purchasing merchandise. Given who is behind T&C you know damn well everything will look good!

Excited to see where this goes and watch it grow and be a part of it. Great job for this first run!! Keep up the great work!

I echo what others have said. I don't have any critiques from my experience on this drop or the towel from a few weeks back. I'm just glad to support a website that I truly enjoy with what seems to be a great group of folks that I'd love to eventually meet and play golf with.

Anything we fucked up? Nope

Did the ordering process go relatively smoothly? Yes

Are we crazy about our pricing? Nope

Any other merch that you guys would want to see: T-Shirts, Hoodies, 1/4 Zips, Tees, Coins

Love what you guys have been doing with this golf outlet you have created and looking forward to what is yet to come. Anyone else have the release day jitters yesterday? 🤣 Had a mild panic attack while typing in the information at checkout, but that ended up going smooth as well. Thought all the offerings were great but only snagged a headcover this time. Again, great first run! 👏🏼

Nothing really caught my eye. I'm not an Imperial hat or visor guy and Tiffany isn't my color. My issue is I am moving to more minimalism and trying to get rid of stuff because I just don't change out my setup much anymore. If pre-order is an option, I'd go that route. I would also be interested in a server/membership fee depending on what it is.

The above said, the items were all quality and solid brands. I can't imagine how much work it is to manage it all so kudos to you guys for giving it a go. I'd love to see more merch that I would use like a hat that suits my style, polo, pullover, etc. These are the things I change out on a daily basis.

I thought it was great. A variety of items, enough of a heads up to be prepared, very well done for the first one.

I wouldn’t mind seeing some tshirts, I know sizing is tricky, some different hats, maybe tees and golf balls. Different options for paying would also be nice. With that being said, I thought it was an incredible first drop.

I agree with a lot of what's been sad already. I'd love some Fore Ewe and Seamus headcovers, and hoodies/casual wear.

With the forum being so small and there being a cohort of pretty dedicated initial members, a subscription/dues program that's limited in the future enrollment could be a really cool setup. It would give you guys some capital to work with, as well as give the folks (looking at you, @bigjohntripod haha) who are interested in the wellbeing of the forum a way to always have access to the items if future membership grows substantially. Maybe even have a design suggestion/voting process for future releases with that group.

All in all, a great first go, and a really awesome design. Love including the "1st Run" on them!

I do like the membership angle that has been brought up. I'd be all in on that.

Other merch I'd like to see: tees, coins/markers, and Imperial Performance XL fit hats 🙂

First off, in general, thank you all for answering the questions. It's pretty crazy how much traffic the forum gets compared to what we see in posting activity. 400-500 people a day read, pretty wild huh?

DaHOF Easy enough, but I guess if the site explodes I may be grump without Apple Pay as an option, haha.

Gotchu homie, will work on ApplePay.

ckay If you guys decide to release more items, some tees & coins would be nice 😂

We are working really hard to make the product drop with tees and coins in it to be super special, I think it will be worth the wait.

The pledge raffle tickets/subscription fee is interesting for sure, we've just been hesitant and asking you guys for support.

dbenick3 It has been the first web page I check in the morning.

This means the world to us, thank you.

bigjohntripod I post enough bullshit, I feel like I need to pay for the amount of shit I say.

LOL, I feel like we should pay you for all the shit you post LOL

CKirsch It would be nice if the payment information would auto populate as I had to type it all in and was worried I’d lose out on one of the 4 items I bought.

mljones99 I'm just glad to support a website that I truly enjoy with what seems to be a great group of folks that I'd love to eventually meet and play golf with.

    Love this, thank you.

KDBeach Anyone else have the release day jitters yesterday? 🤣

We sure as hell did, hoping nothing would break LOL.

TFixer5 I would use like a hat that suits my style, polo, pullover, etc.

Apparel is really tricky, but we are looking into it.

We like this idea as well, something for OG fam before this starts to get a little out of hand.

mljones99 I do like the membership angle that has been brought up. I'd be all in on that.

We are going to talk about this on our Monday call, will let you guys know what we come up with.

Thanks again, and don't ever hesitate to give us open and blunt feedback, we feel its necessary to help make this place a home for all of us.

Eddie If you let me on that call you'd get all the open and blunt feedback you can handle...

Just playing brother. You guys keep killing it and we'll keep posting inane nonsense.

I don't say much publicly, if anything at all, when it comes to this type of thing. That noted:

    1. Thanks Don, Ed, JC and whoever else had a hand in getting the first run off the ground and into our hands
    2. Merch is tough bc of minimum orders and if something doesn't hit you're hosed with inventory
    3. Helps to have manufacturer listed for items like Imperial for the recent hat, beanie, visor or covers (EP?)

    Happy New Year
