What happened at Golf Channel?

I can't really figure out what happened at the Golf Channel. Are the just moving from Orlando, FL to Connecticut? Is the morning drive just going off the air? I'm confused as to what really happened except seeing certain cast members with their See Ya's reminiscent to High School seniors graduating. I haven't watched the Morning Drive since Holly, Lauren, and the little blonde with the cutesy name.

Putterho morning drive is no more i don't think. i listen to a couple of shane bacon's podcasts and sounds like him and damon hack are going to be hosting a new show to replace it. forgot the name though.

mljones99 I just wasted 30 minutes following thread to thread, website to website trying to figure out the exacts. I enjoyed having the Golf Channel in Florida but at the end of the day they have a business to attend to and they aren't exactly outside with coverage as Launch Monitors and modern tech have changed the game!

NBC sucks, that's all. Morning Drive, take it or leave it, is gone from what I've read. Only reason to move to Connecticut was to get rid of a bunch of people. They run shows from NY and CA so they're full of 🐕💩.

I couldn't tell you the last time I watched the golf channel. Easily a couple of years.

Morning. Moving all of their broadcast for sports to central hub in CT. Unfortunately losing lots of good folks - both in front and behind the cameras. It’s a numbers game, cheaper for them to run out of one location and have better control of output. Depending what you subscribe to / follow, the “tour” wants more control / influence of the final product.

Golf Channel gets dogged a lot and does have a lot of fluff content, but I do find myself turning it on somewhat regularly just because it is golf.
