ckay Oh, I've been in the putter game for decades. I've had customs from everyone. It's always something. I once waited 4-5 years on a custom that I spoke to Scotty about every time I would see him. But, I KNEW it was going to be like that. I waited on Byron to do his thing on a putter for me, but he always kept me updated. I recently even had a very custom Betti done, and there were hiccups, but I was always kept apprised of what was happening. On this one, I get very little (if any) communication. I'm told it will be done shortly (it obviously isn't). And, of course, I see the putters being cranked out for the masses as promotions. Fine, it is what it is. But a little communication here and there goes a long ways. I've been saying that for a lot of these new pop up and small business places. That's how you grown a customer base and loyal customers. I know if I didn't communicate with my clients, I would be out of a job real quick. Okay. Rant over. 😆
