Impulse-bought another Spider (going back to the spider tour head without any alignment markings). Otherwise, everything has remained the same. With some golf under the belt with the new bag, I thought I'd share some remarks about the individual clubs:
Driver: Mavrik has been stellar so far. It seems forgiving enough, relatively neutral in terms of bias and goes decently. Sound is really good and a lot better than the Flash.
3 Wood: What shall I say? The M2 Deep Face continues to be glorious. It's the best of the last 10 years imo. I hope I can continue to use it for a long time.
Hybrid: SIM Max is insane. Goes like a rocket launcher. Will be in the bag for a long time, I think.
Irons: The Yonex irons are amazing, too. Look like R9 B-Stamps, but are decently forgiving. They fly a little more under the radar, which I think is pretty cool.
Wedges: The Clevelands are ok, but nothing special. I'll probably switch them out at the end of 2020. I really want to try the 58 Low Bounce K-Grind, so I might get some Vokeys, but we'll see.
Putter: The revolving door of my bag. As I've said, I got another Spider and will probably just stick with. I seem to putt slightly less mediocre with these ones, but I always get away from them for various reasons.
Bag: Switched from the Callaway Carry+ Bag in the OP to a Ping Hoofer Lite, which I also converted to single strap. Even though the Ping is heavier, it is a lot nicer to carry imo. Just better balanced. Plus you get a lot of bonus storage room.
The next thing to figure out for me are my grips. I'll probably go back to TV cords, but I am not a 100% sure yet.
