Putterho I’ve got a Knucklehead GoLo with a top line being offered to me. I’ve so far resisted. Want me to put you in contact?

Putterho ckay Was a flange guy and then naked, but got my current gamer with a site dot at the last Aloha and love it. Hoping this performs as good as it looks!

@TFixer5 sight dot is great. By far my favorite alignment aid.

Putterho do it! I was a fan of naked or dot only for the longest time until the new 009. Absolutely loving the Topline

        Noyes26 Absolutely Not! 🤣

Putter has been solid for 10 months now!

dbenick3 I honestly can't see any reason this Kombi would be faked regarding a COA. The # doesn't come up in the registry but only #'s that are authorized by their owners show up in the registry. I think you're fine unless there is something that I am missing!

355g on paper. 400g on the scale. It has a scotty class paint job on it.

I think they are going to want me to send it in. But I am not sure if I should and them say it is fake. Then flag the coa number.

dbenick3 I have had numerous “350g” putters that have varied from 347-354 so I can see it being off. Can you give the full story of what is going on with this?

Bought this over Thanksgiving. The day I got it, I used our dealer account number to say I was checking to see if they had the coa on record, they did and his description matched my putter. Paint looks perfect. Havent seen a refinished putter with that quality paint. Only have played 3 rounds with it. Been starting to practice more and the f er is heavy but I was like maybe I'll get use to it. Finally put it on a swing weight today and was at a g 2 at 34.5 inches. Has a very stiff heavy shaft in it (was a pain to cut) so I was like let's put a different shaft in. Took the head off and put it on a medical scale, bam 400g. Call the custom shop and started asking. if they could fit tungsten behind the bottom plate (don't want to ruin the very high quality paint job taking it apart.) They then went to the tour department to find out if you could add 45g behind it, you can't. Asked for pictures of the head on the scale because it couldn't be that heavy. Sent them the coa pic, and head on the scale.

So... they are calling me tomorrow after they look at the pictures.
I believe the head is real with the wrong plate. They painted it and coa it, everything looks good till you weigh the head. They also said they don't weigh the heads if everything checks out when they are doing the custom work. I am worried that coa number is going to be flagged after send it in even tho I think they fucked up when they took it in back in 2019.

Sorry for the ramble. It has been a few phone call process today.

Original length I got it at was 35.ish

Folks used to unscrew the sole plate and dump weight under there. Not to say that's the case but might be worth a look.

That was my thought. It is going to take some heat and ruin the paint job which I don't want to be the one to do on this putter. My other kombi I would have ripped the sob off already and found out. Just kinda sad the coa says authentic on weight but that isn't true. If it is a mid length putter head, I would just have it built back to that with hopefully the right plate.

I can’t see the pic but what does the bottom weight say?

dbenick3 why would you have to heat it? You should be able to screw the weight off
