While most times, people assume soft tip variants of a such for slow swing speeds, if you take a close look on tour, there are some of the active tip shafts out there, with some descending blow hitters.
The Diamana RF series, the redboard variant, in the X flexes and heavier weight, immediately came to mind reading your thoughts.
I would be very cognizant of how much you tip however, as that's the only part of the shaft that will have much give, so overtipping may create a very stiff shaft all the way through.
