To double back on this thread, I try to simulate having those jitters on the course.
The two ways I try it are one blast loud music and have a cup of coffee before a practice session, with the caffeine kick and adrenaline going from music, you feel the nerves.
The other thing I do is go on iG live. The reason I do some of my hitting sessions live is to simulate pressure, and I’ll tell you having your golf friends all watch and critique your swing is more than enough to get you to focus 🤣
