This is easily my favorite course and I cannot wait to see these guys get crushed out there. I already see a lot of guys going with 7 woods and hybrids.

Who do you have winning this thing? How high will the score be?

dphatt I saw a quote from the superintendent saying he was setting the course up with +8 in mind as the number.

This is the kind of golf I love. I want to see pros struggle. I can't stand tournaments where everyone shoots -20.

I used to use a Driver, 4 wood, 7 wood setup so I'm definitely not hating on them using 7 woods. I should probably go back to that setup to be honest haha.

Saw a quote from JT saying something like "if you want to see us struggle, this is the tourney". I can't wait. never played WF, but it looks amazing and bucket list for sure. Also, the logo is top 3 😆

Preston Summerhays is a stud.
I can't imagine what its like for Dphatt to relive his 4 ball while watching this unfold.
Less than thrilled that my wife is really going to make me go out to lunch today and miss part of the coverage.

Super said he will quit if the winning score is under par. Course is still damp from morning dew I’m sure. When it dries up and speeds up that is when the carnage will ensue IMO.

Eddie Thankfully he's not the guy doing the actual setup this year. The USGA seems a little chastened from being pantsed at Shinnecock and getting praise for not screwing up Pebble.
