I’ve seen a Handful of users on here post they got one. I’m looking at one now. Their website has a pretty good “compare” feature. I’m between the Prime and the Elite. I’m not seeing much of any difference between these two other than presets and wiresless charging.

Can anyone sell me on the Elite? Or is prime fine?

Will be using for Radial Tunnel entrapment, IT band, and lower back

I'd love to know how well these work on IT band issues.

ForeLeft IMO it’s pretty hard to hit back with one of these guns. I have the hypervolt but also use the vibrating foam roller to get anywhere on back

Jokes The lower back would be me using it on my wife. She always has Lower back pain, and I'm convinced me rubbing her back all the time is causing more issues to my radial tunnel. haha!

ForeLeft that would be perfect then it’s tough to reach around your back and do it!

I chime in ANYTIME I see a post about one of these guns. I can tell you unequivocally, it is the best purchase I've ever made for my broke down body. I have a hyper volt and it was easily the best purchase I've had in the past 5 years. I use it on the daily, it does wonders for recovery, helping before I stretch, etc. Also, my wife may use it as much or more than I do at this point. Seriously, it's that good. Don't hesitate to buy one if you are even contemplating such a purchase.

DaHOF My only thing is I have a PureWave right now. just don't think it's that good, so that's why I'm looking at upgrading.

Got one on the way wooo. I tested out my friend's after a round of golf and boy did it feel good.

ForeLeft Mini, lol. wanted to be able to take it with me easily in the car and stuff. The one I tried was the mini, and it felt like it hurt so good already.

Bought one during quarantine and one of the best purchases of my life. Has the same dilemma between the 2 and went with the elite. However now that I’ve had it for a couple months I almost never use the app and the extra head doesn’t get used very much. Also didn’t buy the wireless charger but the thing lasts like 2 weeks of me using it so no need for it. save some money and get the prime.

ForeLeft same boat here as I had the Pure Wave first to test out this tech... like Jeremiah, I went HyperVolt (if it’s good enough for the nba)... but, it’s a daily use item now for me and it’s helped immeasurably. It can be used for pre round/workout warm up of muscle groups, and most certainly aids and speeds up recovery. It’s all about blood flow and driving it into muscle groups before and after strain. You won’t regret it and it’s way more powerful than the PureWave series

for those with back issues they make a back strap with massage and heat tech in it... it’s pretty nice as well.

Almost a week into owning the Theragun Elite and I would say it definitely is one of the best things I have purchased in a while. I easily use it everyday. I don’t know if it’s worth spending the extra for the Elite as I feel like I have not used the extra options that for with it.

I have had the Hypervolt+ for about a week now as well and it has been great. I'm using for both pre-round/workout and post round/workout recovery. So far I feel like it has made a noticeable difference. Seems to take less time to "get going" in a round or workout and I feel better the following day.

KentonQ I have never done a pre round session. Intriguing.

dphatt this blows my mind. I use my hypervolt before every round without fail. Helps me get a little looser before I stagger to the first tee box smelling like a brewery...

Also, as to the hypervolt (I think any of these "guns" are awesome), I do know that most of the PT places I've visited, as well as people who I know in the industry, typically use a hypervolt given it's three different intensity settings. In fact, my brother who still lives back home in the midwest was out visiting a while back and saw my hypervolt sitting on the counter. He says "whoa, that's what they used on my back when I did PT last year." So, again, a lot of the professionals use it, so it must do something!

DaHOF I have an Opove which seems to be a knockoff, but works great. Came with four attachments and three intensity settings.

TFixer5 Yeah, at this point I think there are so many solid options out there for better prices versus 4+ years ago. Any of them are good and well worth the investment.

Wait, you guys don't have personal masseuses who follow you around to the course and on the range? You guys slacking.

Eddie I kept getting weird looks when mine followed me around as he dwarfed me in size...but he had such strong hands.
