Proto in R&D right now. I can see you boys frothing at the mouth right now.
gold sucks for this application imo. ugh.
I'm not a gold fan but I'd give it a whirl.
I dig gold. Any details on what this shaft version does?
Eddie I was wondering the same thing since the price is so different than the others.
“ The design and technology are the same as the current Stability shaft.”
Has to installed by them for any single or double bend application is only major thing I can see from their verbiage.
all for $80 less....go figure
Jaybananapantsarthur all for $80 less....go figure
Yeah that's the part that threw me off, same tech allegedly but $80 cheaper? Too good to be true?
Going to throw one in the Timeless for fun.
Does it come with two pieces or just one? At that price I’ll pick up a spare
I sent BGT an E-mail. The tip section is already glued on so it is ready to rock for your straight shafted putters.
ckay even better. ordered one last night for my Bettinardi and have a Edel round grip coming as well that I want to try.

PureStickGolf seriously doubt I'll notice a difference but eh, whatever.
mljones99 if this is your first go, it is extremely stiff. Your putter will be noticeably more clicky.
ckay oh yeah? Then excellent...that's what I prefer.
Are the Stability shafts up to the hype? Haven't had a chance to try one
aharrelson358 I mean I had a few dollars to burn after clearing out some old golf equipment and putters I won’t be playing so I bought one. It’s a hype shaft no doubt. It does alter the feel to be more firm and definitely stiff. You will notice the stiffness on long putts. I’ve always joked about launch angle and spin rate with this shaft but I pulled the trigger because I was bored and wanted to tinker.
ckay I mean at very least, I can sell it for what I bought it for I guess since the Gold is so much cheaper!
Does anyone know why they want the single or double bends sent to them? Seems it would be no different installing it to me
tinkerer bc the prototype comes with the bottom portion pre installed. Why they wouldn't just remove that section and send you the too part is anyone's guess. But maybe they want to reduce the potential of customers heating shaft to remove lower portion and ruining the enchilada and requesting money back.
I’m a few rounds in with my Stability and I still cannot get comfortable with the feel of the shaft. It has a thud-like feel that I can’t come to grips yet.
