  • What Swing Adage Has Plagued Your Golf Swing?

For me, it was one page from Hogan’s five lessons.

Im not saying it’s a bad tip, far be it for me to say, but I know it’s one thing has really prevented me from being able to have a setup position like most and affect my hand position.

Its the supination of the left arm at address thing. That also affects and influences why I have such a weak grip.

no matter how much I want a stronger left grip and pronated elbow at address, it never feels right.

I love this book! I try to forget about the elbows pointed so low and just try and keep my fore arms super close together for the swing. I use the tourstriker ball for this. It really works well I think. I like a strong grip too and still hit a cut

And you can still have a good forward shaft lean

Craig I like a strong grip too and still hit a cut

That's exactly where I'm trying to get, but I have been so used to having a lot of flexion in the lead hand with the weak grip, that it's taking a while to adjust.
