Taylormade Spider paint is honestly the WORST

Sorry, I just feel the need to vent. I've played 3 rounds with the Spider X. The putter has always been headcovered. Putted indoors for practice and there's still a blem / smudge that happened and won't come out. Seriously, why do they suck so bad? Since it's on the white alignment it now just bothers me to no end.

icec0ld can you post pics? I am curious to see where the paint chip is. I have had mine for over a year with probably 100+ rounds and it still looks new.

I have to agree. Part of the reason I really wanted to like the Spider S line was because it was an anodized metal finish throughout the putter.

I can’t get to my putter because I’m in the process of entertaining twins but it’s near the face on the white true align or whatever the hell its called.

That’s the best I can do. It’s like a smudge / abrasive spot. Hard to see in the photo but in sunlight it’s just there.
