This is a slight piggy back off of Eddie’s yipp putting thread. I was a Super Stroke ss2 then a Super Stroke GT Tour then back to a leather stitchback guy until Putter woes. Granted I think I have the stroke issue figured what have you guys done to test grips?
The best grip owner mentioned just blue tape, solvent and air. This would allow easy removal without losing the grip. Has anyone used this method with success? I supposed if I build the SS grips up enough it would work and allow a lot of experimentation. Either that or numerous putter shafts with different grips and 5 minute epoxy is another idea if length is constant.
