Where do I start with this thing? BUY ONE!

I own the 1i and absolutely love it. Waiting on a new set of irons 4-PW to figure out my gap between 1i/5w and 4i. Once I figure out what I need, I’m bagging another u510/500. Easy club to hit. Love the Smoke it comes with. It’s a great stick.

launch monitors are horseshit but, if I’m 250 out on a par 5, this is what I’m hitting. It’s also stupid long off the tee. Excellent turf interaction.

I went PGA Tour Superstore, if it didn’t work on the course, I could return it for something similar. I think you can do that twice? Only reason I bought it there.

I’ve never bought a club off the shelf, this was the first one in 25 years.

I want something to replace my 5w and TMB 3i. So I was thinking the 2i and 4i U510. Then I started looking at the 1i...who even needs a 3w?

geaux I’ll say this. The 1i and 5 wood go the same distance. If I’m playing a “wet/soft” course, I’ll bag the 5w. High launch, soft landing. A “firm/fast” course I’ll bag the 1i. Thing will roll and roll. Hell, firm and fast, I’ll pull the 1i out if I’m 270 out. Will I make the green? Maybe 🤷‍♂️ But it’s going 250 in the air and rolling like a bat outta hell when it hits.

PGA Store man. If you don’t like the U510, try the Ping Crossover. Don’t like that, swing a hybrid. Whatever works for you, bag it. I didn’t listen for the longest to gurus. I regret not listening. Go hit some clubs and take the jump. Just make sure it’s for your game. You may hit the 4 u510 longer than the 2i version 🤷‍♂️ Fuck it. Bag two 4i’s. If that’s what I need for my gap, I’ll do it in a heartbeat.

Played two rounds with the 3 shafted with Tour AD 105 and found the sound intolerable. Hit off the tee and scared wildlife so disturbingly a blue jay shat upon myMackenzie. Thank goodness for waxed canvas and a sad but true history with bird shit. Made par.

I’ve always fought left with hybrids. Titleist built me a TMB 2 iron at the PNC in 2018, I loved it but hit absolute piss missiles with it, couldn’t attack par 5s with it unless I could run it up cuz it came in flat.

when I saw the 510 I knew it would be perfect. I got the 2 iron with a Fuji atmos black 9x, I can hit it super high if necessary or really flatten one out. It’s super versatile and the happiest I’ve been with a utility iron. I’ve had the ping crossover, TMB, srixon u65, 712u, Tm udi, but the 510 is the best I’ve come across.

So weird how everyone’s swings are different. Hybrids go laser straight for me. While I have zero consistency with driving irons. I’ve tried a handful of different ones because I wanted to be cool...but after much trial and error, I’m apart of the 4 headcover gang if I want to keep scoring under par
