The dude has to be my favorite player on Tour. I've been watching him for about 4 years now (Following him since his Oklahoma State days).

Maybe it's because my full heritage is from Norway? He's a really funny guy who just loves life. Never seems upset. Happy to make fun of himself. The double pump driver swing (only when he needs a little more distance) and other quirks set him apart.

I don't think many people realize how good he is.

If only he could learn to chip!! #148 in SG around the green....#133 Short game, and #85 putting.
If he tightens up the short game...he's going to be a FORCE to reckon with.

His double pull back with the driver makes me think of a Madden Hit stick or Swag Dreamcast Tennis and going for the kill shot.

Of all the young players, Hovland is my favorite as well. As someone who fought the goat hump, watching how much space he creates between the body and the ball through impact is something I marvel at.
